How to delete your data
To delete your Recibon account and all associated data (receipts, extracted data, team memberships, and WhatsApp number), send an email to hello@recibon.com with the subject line Delete my account from the email address associated with your account.
We will permanently delete all your data within 7 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All receipts and extracted data you uploaded
- Your WhatsApp phone number
- Your team memberships
- Any organisations you created (including all receipts from other members)
Individual receipt deletion
You can delete individual receipts at any time from within the app — no need to contact us for that.
