By using Recibon you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Recibon provides receipt capture, AI extraction, and expense tracking for teams. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Your data

You own your data. By uploading receipts you grant Recibon a limited licence to process and store that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents you submit.

Acceptable use

You may not use Recibon to process fraudulent documents, violate any applicable laws, or attempt to access other users' data.

Limitation of liability

Recibon is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-extracted data. Always verify extracted values against original receipts before using them for accounting or tax purposes.
