What we collect
Recibon collects your email address to create and manage your account. When you upload receipts, we store the receipt images and the data extracted from them (vendor, date, amount, line items). If you use WhatsApp ingestion, we store your WhatsApp phone number to identify your account.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the Recibon service — extracting, organising, and sharing receipt data with members of your team. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely using reputable cloud infrastructure providers. AI extraction is performed using third-party language model services. All providers are bound by data processing agreements.
Data sharing
Receipt data is shared with other members of your organisation within Recibon. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure required to operate the service.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@recibon.com. See our data deletion instructions for details.
